These fudge hearts are SO cute! They are super delicious too!

What you need:

3 cups of milk chocolate chips

14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2/3 cup of ground almonds

1 cup of coconut

2 4 oz. bars of Nestle Toll House Premier White Baking Bars

Sanding sugar (any colors you like)

Small heart shaped cookie cutter. I used a 2 in. cookie cutter
