7 Layer Bars are typically made with 2 cups chocolate chip, sweetened condensed milk, lots of shredded coconut, and a crust of Graham cracker crumbs with half a cup of melted butter or margarine. This version starts with a bottom crust made with whole grain oats, walnuts, chickpeas, and a quarter cup combo of oil and butter.
