to prevent sticking I usually use a spray oil and you could coat pan with a finer flour like coconut flour and should slip out easier. Also allow for cake to completely cool before flipping it out. Hope that helps.
Aluminum pans seem to be a lot more porous. I’d suggest getting a better pan. I know they’re a bit more expensive but well worth it in the long run! Otherwise try a thick layer of coconut oil.

After you butter your pan flour it with fine coconut flour & knock off the excess… then pour your batter in. Finished cake still looked delish!

It looks amazing no matter what! I would use parchment paper, spray the mold and put parchment paper, if not, grease it very well with butter and then a bit of almond flour like you would do with a regular cake batter ^^. I'll deff try it! thanks 🤩😍
You can cover with (tahena) its good for keto and prevent it from stoking

Soft butter on pan and 170 C and 1 hour.
Maybe make a ring of parchment paper if you don't spray it or butter it. I'm sure it tastes delicious and that's what counts. The chocolate make it look nice anyway.

Buy a silicone bundt pan and you won't have a problem. I gave up on my metal pan long ago — always sticks no matter how much you grease or spray.
After greasing try dusting the pan with almond flour? OR spray liberally with oil spray instead of melted butter?
I would think a good spray of avocado or olive oil before cooking would prevent it from sticking. Do love the idea of the melted chocolate on top, whether it was to cover up an imperfection or decoration. Love your recipes and videos! 💖

I would grease the pan with softened butter, not melted.
