Hazelnut Kyiv Cake #shorts
Ingredients:
● 8 egg whites (for 2 cake layers)
● 2 egg whites (for one sprinkling layer)
● lemon juice
● a pinch of salt
● sugar 1 cup (200 g)
● starch 4 tbsp
● roasted hazelnuts 2 cups (9 oz / 250 g)
Cream #1
● butter 1 cup
● condensed milk 1 cup
Cream #2
● butter 1 1/2 cup
● powdered sugar 1 1/4 cup
● vanilla sugar 1 tsp
● cocoa 1/2 cup

Step by Step Recipe:
Baking 2 base layers and one for sprinkling
1. Beat the egg whites with lemon juice and salt
2. Add sugar and starch
3. Add blended roasted hazelnuts (DON’T GRIND VERY FINELY)
4. Bake for 2.5 hours at 250 °F / 130 °C
5. Spread cream on layers
6. Use one layer of crust for sprinkling
7. Decorate with leftover cream and nuts

Just mix butter and condensed milk

1. Mix butter by gradually adding powdered sugar and vanilla sugar
2. Leave some cream for decoration
3. Than add cocoa to the cream and mix well
