Omg, can’t wait to make this from my citrus trees🤗
I made this (although I used a different recipe), but after baking the meringue shrank and the filling was runny
I just made this and it is exquisite! In spite of my bumbling…I left out the orange zest until it was too late to add it. I was so disappointed but it ended up not a problem. Also, I had no lemons so ended up using limes. This is a keeper and next time i will be more accurate.

Wowww this looks good. I'm a huge lover of Lemon Meringue and Key Lime pies, why did it never occur to me to try an orange one?!? My grandfather is in town for a couple of days and is also a lover of lemon-anything…. I think I'm going to make this for him tomorrow!

I even attempted to make your rock candies when you first posted that video all those years ago! My mother wasn’t as excited about it as I was, fond memories watching the sugar crystals grow (only to eat them a bit early and dunk the strings right back in the syrup) you’ve been part of my life for much longer than you could imagine!
