I kinda prefer white cheese over cheddar because its kind of a more mild flavor. Of course I don't eat the Kraft stuff, only organic Whole Foods mac & cheese (because of my vegan mom; I'm only vegetarian), but it applies to pretty much every type of mac & cheese I've tried.
I remember getting a box of Fruit Loops, only to find it was Lucky Charms instead.
These errors will happen once in awhile, they sure do a great job with rarely messing up.

I've bought that "white cheddar" Kraft Dinner before, and I also didn't notice a difference in flavour. The only real difference is that it didn't have the normal "fluorescent orange" appearance. haha…. next time you buy the normal Kraft Dinner that comes in a box, ignore the instructions, and put in 3 tablespoons of butter and a splash of half and half. It's gloriously rich!
