Easy chicken salad made with yogurt? Whaaat?
Easy chicken salad made with yogurt, sunflower seeds & dried cranberries.

This is such an easy recipe that you can put your own twist on. You can add any type of nuts or fruit you would like. I will add the recipe of how I like to make it since I prefer walnuts in my chicken salad but I didn’t have any to add in while making the video.

1 boneless chicken breast – cooked & diced
2 TBSP mayo or plain yogurt – Heaping tablespoons
4 TBSP vanilla yogurt – Heaping tablespoons ( I added more from the video once it soaked in).
1/4 medium onion – chopped
3 stalks celery – chopped
Handful of sunflower seeds – any kind.
Handful of walnuts chopped or any nut you prefer
Handful of dried cranberries – place in a cup of water when you start your recipe and they will re hydrate a bit before placing them in your mixture.
Sale and pepper to taste.

Mix all together and enjoy.
