Hey everybody, welcome back to another video! so I decided in todays video I really wanted to film a “What I eat in a day to lose weight”, so if y’all don’t know I am currently 20 lbs. down with the calorie deficit (intaking 1500 calories a day) I’ve been on for a total of 4 months now. And I have seen my body transform. If you are looking for a realistic what I eat in a day to lose weight, then this is it for you!

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY:
breakfast:
2 slices Natures own Leto bread 80 calories
2 pieces Bacon 100 calories
2 over hard eggs 199 calories
1 slice American cheese 70 calories
TOTAL =449
lunch:
2 low carb flour tortillas (la tortilla factory) 140 calories
3 oz. boiled chicken 82 calories
0.2 oz crumbled blue cheese 25 calories
1 oz. shredded carrots 12 calories
TOTAL = 259
dinner:
2 pieces romaine lettuce chopped 8 cals.
1/2 cilantro lime rice (right rice) 94 cals.
1/2 cup black beans 100 cals.
1 whole Roma tomato 11 cals.
4oz. Chicken thigh 130 cals.
TOTAL = 342
snacks:
Dannon light and fit Greek yogurt 80 cals
Dannon lite and fit lite yogurt (diabetes) 45 cals
Premier protein drink 160 cals
Enlightened sea salt caramel ice cream 80 cals
TOTAL = 365
Total calories consumed: 1,416
