This No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake is the perfect dessert for summer!
Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars 😍🙌

✨INGREDIENTS✨
1.5 packed cups medjool dates
3/4 cup almonds
3/4 cup oats
6 tbsp cacao powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup coconut cream
300g silken tofu
1/2 cup maple syrup
Juice of 1 large lemon
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp water
😋First make the crust. Add the ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor and pulse until combined.
🤗Add the crust into a lined 9×9 baking tray and pack it tightly with your hands.
🎉Next, make the filling by blending together all of the ingredients. Add the filling on top of the crust, shake it side to side to flatten and pop it in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours to firm up.
🥜For the final peanut butter layer mix together your peanut butter, maple syrup and water to get a spreadable consistency. Spread on top of your bars and top with some shaved chocolate.
🔪Slice it up & enjoy!!
