2-3 cups diced ham, 6 strips bacon, 4-6 cups diced potatoes ( peeled or unpeeled ) , 1(14.5 oz) can chicken broth, 1-2 cups sliced or matchstick carrots , 1/2 c diced onions, 1TBSP parsley, 1/2tsp celery seed, 1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp pepper, 3c milk, 8oz velveeta cheese cubed.
