Loved this; you are an excellent speaker. When you cut the recipe in half though, you still added the full 2 pounds of confectioner’s sugar. I make this every Christmas and it’s MUCH easier with a stand mixer. Thank you!

I've never been repulsed by chocolate before, but the footage of the chocolate and cheese being mixed together… yeah no thank you.
I made a blueberry/cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving a few years back, and my nieces have now made it a staple I am required to make every year. I feel like this could be something similar.

Emmy's is ASMR without even meaning to be. I literally fall asleep watching her every night. My anxiety has been high lately and I'm having a VERY hard time and when I'm laying down to sleep is when it's the worst. I go straight to Emmy.
She keeps me very pleasantly distracted from everything in my mind. I'm actually entertained AND INTERESTED….without it being just mindless NOISE like some other people on here. I LEARN things and her voice is SO SOOTHING. Her personality is so uplifting, she's so charming….and she lifts my spirits no matter what. She just radiates good energy.

I was watching another of your videos, when I remembered this weird ass thing my family used to make for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. I looked up a recipe on google; and lo and behold, you've already made a video before I could suggest it. ❤ It sounds disgusting, and to be fair it is a little bit, but I swear there's no cheese taste. Instead it's the richest chocolate fudge I've ever eaten.
