Dinner – Annie's vegan mac and cheese
So I just added boiling water up to the line inside the cup, closed the lid, let it sit for about 5 minutes, then added the powder and stirred it up, since I obviously don’t have a microwave. It’s about $1.25 per serving and of course is not nutritionally complete unless I added a salad or something with it, but I don’t have that on hand so this is what I’m having for dinner tonight. I could also do half a can of tomatoes with it, but I just don’t feel like it LOL.
