Another good vegan protein is the Beyond meat crumbles Fiesty. I'm not vegan but I love using it when I make a rice bowls.
I started doing affirmations in the mornings. I do them while I shower after my workouts, it just feels so much more refreshing yk? I never see you eat tofu, tempeh, or seitan. Would you ever want to try a day of eating with plant based protein sources?
I’ve lost 25 pounds of pure fat since April 2021. 10 things I did/learned:
1. 50 minutes/ 4-5 times a week of HITT/ strength training
2. 1 gallon of water a day
3. I ate whatever I wanted (it’s all about portion control) calorie in vs calorie out… burn more calories than you consume (calorie deficit)
4. 35g Protein shake and Fit-aid within 30 minutes post workout = less soreness
5. Protein is what keeps you full, carbs is what gives you energy. I ate protein in grams (based off of goal weight)
6. Lose no more than 1-2 pounds of pure fat a week
7. You get very very cold 🥶. Less fat to keep you warm so bundle up!
8. One cheat meal a week aka don’t worry about the calories during that 1 meal
9. Vitamins and supplements are essential
10. Consistency, Consistency, Consistency
New goal:
Lose another 25 pounds of pure fat by early 2022
