Very simple and informative. I feel a lot of people overcomplicate advice but this was straight forward and makes perfect sense! Currently 3.5 months into a 6 month bulk. 👌💪

I’m a bikini competitor, and I personally wish to do a bulk so my muscles are a little more visible. I’m doing a Pro Show possibly next year and I want to start working towards bringing a better package to the stage. I’ve always been told you have to bulk for one year, but Im relieved you said “AT LEAST 3 MONTHS” A 6 month bulk would be optimal for me, but I’d like to know what you think? As a natural bikini competitor, I’m not suppose to get THAT BIG. But I need SOME MUSCLE. That’s why it’s so tricky. I’m not sure how long to bulk..

I'm bulking now it's hard though my stomach looks bulged even though work on my abs. Eat healthy don't have junk days. Work out 5x a week. Eat every 3-4 hours smaller meals to keep from getting the shakes cause my metabolism is so high right now. Do you worry so much about abs what look like during bulk? Or that will fix on own when cutting?
