That Co founder is so well spoken and elegant, wish her success 🙌
Waste of money in my opinion.. people been doing ok with traditional ways. Robot is cool and all. But.
Autonomous brings in faster ways to make food, But usually product gets cheaper. And not to mention the job loss that will eventually take place.
Money and ideas should be placed elsewhere.
After all the hype and $320 mil investment from soft bank, Zume Pizza failed. The are in the cardboard making business.
Grandpa what's a CD
Who else had to watch this vid for class

Wow, scary
About replaced every person. not long till full replacement. no more incomes, no more commerce.
The funniest thing is looking at the video, there are still the same number of people in the pizza shop. They just have less work to do. In a nutshell, you just reduced their workload yet are still paying them a salary. Unless it is automated end to end, this is not a viable model
Americani siete in grado di rovinare anche un capolavoro dell'ingegno umano chiamato "pizza", vi do un consiglio, continuate a fare le vostre fritturine & Co.
The last robot is not required and could be replaced with a simple 90deg belt mechanism
There goes more jobs
Build me a pizza printer and I'll worship your smallest dog.
They used hoomans for topics I was bit disappointed, wanted to eat pure robo piza
They shut it down aww
This is my job being replaced right infront of me, I don't like this
And give the Bot's names to "normalize" the transition process.
I always cringe when hearing people talk about love, when talking about industrially produced food.
company went bankrupt seems like a good idea tho
mr bean wants to know your location
Is his name Luigi?!
😛 👍
Quarantine needs this
Black Mirror in real life
Good luck! I hope you can make it work. Funny thing is how lazy people are. For about $1.00 worth of ingredients, you can make your own pizza in your own oven at home on the cheap.
Food is made with organic ingredients.. I think the co-founder barely knows what a robat even is..
Those wanting $15 an hour will be replaced with a robot.
Your topping conveyor can go straight to the oven conveyor without a robot there. Boom. Can I have a million dollars please?
Despite being valued at $4bn last year, they're now laying off huge numbers of staff – up to 80%, going off some reports. Yet another example of flashy PR and a bloated VC environment leading directly to the stupid application of capital (including almost $400m from SoftBank alone.)
The credulous reportage from the likes of Engadget doesn't help either.
I will boycott restaurants using robotics to assemble, cook or serve my food. I want the human interaction be it good or not so good, nobody is perfect after all , that's part of what makes life interesting. I also don't want nuts, bolts, metal and rubber preparing my food. We've allowed technology to take over our lives and we're getting lazier, fatter and less important!
Didn't know a robot had passion for pizza
Nice Innovation at 1:42 🙂
I wonder how much does it cost to make these robots? I would assume a pizza chef could be much cheaper. Assuming that the chef has humble salary.
i like how they got this fatass to do the pizza video
Fuck this shit. Order this and you deserve food poisoning.
Brilliant.
This bitch needs to shut the fuck up!!! Her voice is terrible. Get a new spokesman
The pizza is actually quite good. I've had it on a few occasions and its great.
She's a very sweet and gentle lady with lovely warm voice !!
So…..the robot smothers the sauce and puts it in the oven? LMAO. They call this robot made pizza?
Also, did not see them cleaning the apparatus that smothers the sauce…im assuming they let it sit on it for hours. Love that salmonella.
Ah, how cute. They even give the robots a name, in a pathetic attempt to suck society into anthropomorphising them.
when i see that the donugh is pressed…. it's because they don't know how to make pizza, even "human" pizzaioli don't use the rolling pin, and theere is a reason for that!
i think robots can put set number of topping on each pizza easily, so why human hands at all…
Fight for $15….for robots!!!!
The equipment is very unsanitary, I bet they never clran it. How long do you think the sauce robot applicators and dough-bot sit around doing nothing at room temperature?
Cant wait for Universal Basic Income (UBI) to become reality
