The body does not need to consume carbohydrates to run the brain and body on carbohydrates. There is gluconeogenesis (protein to glucose) and ketones as well. Most people overeat carbs.
Most brains do not run on carbs
You need quite a bit of healthy fats. The brain needs it. A low fat (good fat) diet is very dangerous.
Brain uses two fuel types carbs or ketones. Do research you are very wrong.
The brain uses glucose and ketones as fuel. Carbs give you glucose. But your brain can function using ketones.
