– 60g (1/4 cup) low fat Milk
– 80g ( 3 ounces) greek Yogurt
– 15g (2 tbsp) Hot Coffee
– 14 g (1 tbsp) Butter
– 50g (1/4 cup) Sweetner ( I used 0 calorie Truvia)
– 35g ( 4 tbsp) All Purpose Flour
– 1 room temp Egg
– 35 g ( 5 tbsp) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
– 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
– 1/4 tsp Salt
Use a 7 inch pan. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Look for wet crumbs. Do not overbake.
Optional: 28 g (1 ounce) chopped Dark Chocolate for the top.

Brownies de solo 50 calorías:
– 60 g (1/4 taza) de leche baja en grasa
– 80 g (3 onzas) de yogur griego
– 15 g (2 cucharadas) de café caliente
– 14 g (1 cucharada) de mantequilla
– 50 g (1/4 taza) de edulcorante (usé Truvia sin calorías)
– 35 g (4 cucharadas) de harina para todo uso
– 1 huevo a temperatura ambiente
– 35 g (5 cucharadas) de cacao en polvo sin azúcar
– 1/4 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
– 1/4 cucharadita de sal
Use una sartén de 7 pulgadas. Hornee durante 12-14 minutos. Busque migas húmedas. No hornee en exceso.
Opcional: 28 g (1 onza) de chocolate amargo picado para la parte superior.
