I saw where someone toasted pecans before they used them, and also added a tablespoon of coconut oil to the chocolate to give it a sheen. Just some ideas. Thanks for the video!
Before you use the chocolate for the turtles when you temper, do a small swatch on a piece of parchment first so you won't accidentally use bloomed chocolate. I worked at a chocolate shop before and we handmade turtles.

Can you ship these if made?
I made these turtles this past Christmas and last year too. They are such a hit. Sooo much better than the bought ones. I used Werther’s caramels. Worked and tasted wonderfully. Easy candy to make as a gift. I highly recommend this recipe. So easy and quick to make. Thanks for sharing!
