I love eating these, infact all stages of the coconut I love eating. Coconut tree really is the tree of life.
My favorite! My dad used to not want us to eat this too much because he said that he would want the 'tree' to grow. We call it O'o.
Emmy try making it into chutney and wat it with dosa, that's smth the world should taste. Tho I get to eat it everyday it's still my fav.

i got two coconuts recently
first one became a SNOWBALL of mold overnight,
second one was pressurized when i opened it from bacterial fermentation.
when choosing a coconut, check the "eyes" for moisture or mold, only get dry ones. also, always pick the HEAVIEST coconut (for its size)
avoid the mistakes i made.

That is a dry coconut and the white flesh inside is grated up in a blender to make coconut milk…all coconuts get brown when they are dry and it doesn't matter if it was green, yellow or amber
