Alas, the video is wasted on me, because they don't sell these around here, but perhaps you should mention to add some salt to the water mixture for users outside the US (where butter usually comes unsalted).
The amount of dislikes pisses me off. "Wah, he did a sponsored video with instant potatoes!" He could have just not made a video, you unappreciative asshats.
I'm only saying this to rub it in, but our net subscriber gain since this video was posted is over 4,100. My faith in humanity has been restored.

i never make any potatoes with water. add milk and some cream and sour cream to your instant mash

I actually really love this brand. The Garlic Ones are a favorite in our house when we don't feel like making mashed potatoes from scratch!
I think there would have been less of a reaction if the recipe incorporated the product to produce something new/ a little different rather than just read the instructions on a packet. It could still have been a sponsored video (for the lovely hairpiece) without sticking to the products instructions 100%

I LOVE Idahoan potatoes. The only thing I do different is use heavy creme instead of milk. They become so creamy and luscious.
