Nice diabetes bars but hey at least you get your daily dose of protein 🙂
I kinda double up on protein and leave honey and dates out of it.. probably less sweeter but that's the point.. I don't like my bars too sweet and don't like extra sugar in my macros even when it comes from good sources.. thumbs for the vid tho.. 😊

It has about 140 grama of protein in total, I've cut it in 12 pieces which makes it about 11 grams of protein per bar. Great recipe btw!
Could I skip the protein? I don’t have that, also use raisins instead ?

Yr recipes r so cool. It's easy for digestive n don't require much chewing. Good for kids n old people. Compared to those nuts-packed granola bar. Thanks so much.
