How to make (DIY) the best delicious and Easy Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe from scratch
Hey Everyone,
Today I am working with the Queen of Cookies. She has made an amazing cookbook called “20 Irresistible Drop Cookie Recipes”.
I tested out her chocolate chip cookie recipe and it is one of my new favorites! The cookies are soft and chewy with the perfect amount of chocolate chips! they really are irresistible!

Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 Cup white sugar
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp hot water
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375
In a mixing bowl, cream together sugars, butter and eggs. Add vanilla.
In a small bowl mix together baking soda and hot water. Add to sugar mixture.
Add Salt and flour on low speed until dough forms
Add chocolate chips
Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto greased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes
