why do these online splits have like 1 or 2 exercises for core a week. surely not enough if your core is weak like mine.

Ab workouts are never the waste but if you want some proper gains, or fat losses which are more important for gaining abs, you should follow some structured and personalized diet plan! I got mine from site Next Level Diet, but there are many more great options I believe (especially if you are lazy like me and hate counting calories and all that stuff). I lost 8 lbs of fat in my first month, but I have just started 💪

My guy has his own private gym, I hate working out when I’m surrounded by people but, you know? I gotta stay in shape.
Personally, I believe doing a reverse crunch is better on the floor or flat bench, less strain on the neck.

Once per week ?? There is no way you did get your abs only training them once per week. Im training my abs atleast three Times per week.
