This week Sara Lynn Cauchon shares 5 Healthy Smoothie Recipes that are perfect for Breakfast!
5 Healthy Breakfast Smoothies — 1 For Each Day Of The Week
Monday — Yellow Smoothie
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen pineapple, diced
½ cup frozen mango
1 banana, chopped
1 tsp grated ginger
Tuesday — Orange Smoothie
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 small orange, peeled and frozen
½ peach, peeled and diced
1 carrot, grated
Wednesday — Red Smoothie
¼ cup almond milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen watermelon
Thursday — Purple Smoothie
½ cup pomegranate juice
½ vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen blackberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup cherries, pitted
Friday — Green Smoothie
½ cup orange juice
½ vanilla Greek yogurt
½ avocado, peeled
2 kiwis, peeled
1 handful of baby spinach
Add liquid to the blender first.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend well.
Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Enjoy!

I add water instead of fruit juice or milks to cut down on sugar and help with weight control! I also make sure every fruit combo smoothie has a healthy green vegetable also. These look like good dessert smoothies!

If you are a diabetic you’re going to die lol this is not healthy all that damn fruit that is sugar.
My favorite smoothie is banana and peanut butter smoothie incase u want to make it u need:milk of any kind (I’m lactose intolerant so I use almond milk but u don’t have to but in my opinion almond milk goes better with it)then u need 2 small bananas or 1 big banana and 3 or 4 tablespoons of peanut butter then blend it and there ya go
this is to much sugar or not , thats not healthy if you want to loose weight

i stopped listening at "breakfast" who does she think she is calling it that. Does she not know that not everyone goes by that term. Just becasue your are white and prviledged doesn't mean you can willy nilly eat what you want. healy or otherwise
