CONGRATS on your weight loss to date!! You mentioned you are looking for some frozen rotisserie chicken…. it's not rotisserie, but I enjoy the Tyson shredded chicken (green bag)
-found in the freezer section –and it is a staple in our home. I use it for wraps, chicken nachos, buffalo chicken dip (or pizza), etc.Congratulations on 2000 subs! Great haul! Looking beautiful!❤️

The chicken!!! It was not frozen, it’s fresh, but cyro packed, so the expiration date is far out, it’s from Costco. It’s 2 pounds of hand pulled rotisserie chicken breast for $12. It is AWESOME! That item is one of the reasons (the MAIN one-lol) I joined Costco! Now, with the boys back at college, it’s too much for just the two of us, so I do separate it out and freeze 1/2 of it!

Costco is where you get rotisserie chicken in a bag

Suzy, I usually heat up breaded precooked chicken tenders in my rice cooker steam basket as I make rice also in bottom part of rice cooker with water. The chicken comes out very moist and tender. I love my rice cooker so much I have two. Thank you for sharing the chicken bowl recipe. I don't eat a lot of the breaded chicken though because of higher sodium level then un breaded. I instant pot pressure cook uncooked chicken in water only. I usually cook up a whole family pack of boneless chicken. Then vacuum pack into portions of 1 pound each after cooked. Then place in deep freeze and can use for stir fry's or salads or sandwiches or soups. Easy Peasy cook once and reheat as needed.
