My Mama always used to double the recipe. I had 4 brothers. Cookies never lasted very long in our house. I think brownies are my favorite cookies.

My grandmother used to bake cookies and make candy for Christmas. My mom made home made nut rolls and cinnamon rolls to give as gifts and we also had them at home. I am not a baker but i do bake a little. I am more of a savory cook. It is one of my favorite things to do. Happy Holidays to you and your family.

My mama used to make coconut balls with chocolate on them. Peanut butter balls with chocolate on them. Peanut butter ritz crackers with chocolate on them. Turtles which are pretzels with caramel on the inside. Chocolate on outside. They were delicious
Do you have the vegan cookie recipes? I have a friend who is vegan and want to include them in cookie time.
I had chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and chocolate chips. I made a batch of regular cookie dough, divided into thirds…then added chips to each batch. Scooped out dough balls, froze and put into freezer bags. It's just me here now, so I make just a couple when I want them.
