Gelatine – 2 tbsp
Water – 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
►Method
1. Bloom Gelatin in 1/2 cup water.
2. Melt sugar and water till it reaches soft ball consistency.
3. Add gelatin and mix.
4. Blend it till it becomes white and changes to a ribbon consistency.
