200 grams tapioca flour
100 grams sorghum or oat flour
100 grams potato starch (do not use potato flour)
1 tsp Kosher salt
30 grams sugar
300 grams gluten-free sourdough starter
15 grams olive oil
Additional olive oil, Kosher salt and dried thyme for topping (optional)
