1 Carb YOGURT BARS -The Best KETO Snacks You're (Probably) Not Eating!
The best KETO snack you’re probably not eating are these super easy Yogurt Bars! Each bar has ONLY 1 carb – how awesome is that?! The yogurt base has just 3 ingredients and then you can go crazy with as many different combinations of keto-friendly ingredients you like. I’m showing just 3 flavors, but the possibilities are endless!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups full-fat regular or Greek yogurt
1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp Allulose:
1 tsp vanilla extract:
Some Toppings: (there are many others)
Lily’s chocolate chips:
Lily’s butterscotch chips: Not on Amazon.com, but I bought it at Walmart Superstore (you could also try the Salted Caramel, which is similar)
unsweetened coconut flakes:
fruits: blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, etc.
hazelnuts:
blanched almonds:
walnuts:
roasted peanuts:
flaky sea salt:
parchment paper sheets:
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the yogurt, sweetener & vanilla extract together
Butter a 10″ x 15″ pan (to help parchment paper stay put)
Place parchment sheet on top (cut corners @ 45° angle)
Pour yogurt mixture and spread evenly
Put your favorite toppings
Place in freezer for 4 or more hours
Cut into 24 bars

If you need a tasty 1 carb snack, make these super easy frozen yogurt bars. You can customize them with lots of different keto friendly toppings. I did these 3 flavors, but use your imagination!
