Why are all the dragon fruits pink?
Red dragon fruit is best eaten close to picking if possible and eaten at room temp. Has a fragrant sweet taste which is hard to describe. Beautiful fruit.

Dragonfruit in HK & China has pink skin but white flesh….like an insipid kiwi fruit…..tastes of F-all but has more Vit C than oranges….looks pretty but blah!!!!
