Just made this yesterday and my family loved it! It's now one of my favorite cakes!
I’ve made this twice and each time it ends up quite stodgy and not fluffy like the video. I’m pretty sure it’d be more fluffier by using self raising flour instead of plain. Will see how it works out next time with self raising.

I'm going to add my favorite tip to your already Fabulous recipe, I hope you don't mind. I lightly butter top w frosting while warm. Then after it cools , generously frost like normal. The light frosted warmth will soak into the cake and it gives it an extra layer of yumminess.
