Thank you soo much Dr. Murali. This is exactly what I needed to go on my journey of losing weight and maintaining a healthy weight to prevent diabetes and decrease high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I understand that it will take some time out of my busy schedule to add this to my fitness pal which I've been having for over 18 yrs. but I didn't understand how to add my meals. . Thank you for such a great gift to all who feel that this is time well spent and stop dieting and acquire a healthy lifestyle. Look forward to easy and filling recipes.

Omg this is just such a long tedious process! My sister recommended this app to me, cus her friend lost weight…and i tried it but it was soo so annoying every single time to have to put in the calories, the servings etc… and especially with home cooked meals is soo hard.. plus i does have a scale to measure the grams either… so it was a total nightmare! If i cook a whole big pot of soup how do i know how many servings that is? I can't sip it in cups every time little by little to see how many cups it will be! And what if i cook for my partner or friends as well, and they eat some of it but in bowls instead of cups.. thats a bigger serving.. how will i measure how many i ate or how many i have for the future??? This type of apps are just so stupidly made..it's unbelievable…! It literally crushes dow youe spirit and motivation to lose weight, cus is soo much effort! So much calculating and measuring… 🙄
