I purchased the True Lemon Energy water enhancer and there is no cane sugar listed in the ingredients! The regular caffeine free packets have cane sugar but the Energy line does not. I was so excited to see this because their water enhancers taste the best, hopefully they come out with a line that includes electrolytes soon. Thank you for this awesome video, I was using the Great Value brand for way too long before I realized there were artificial sweeteners in it. 🙂

I have excellent water. I've been trying these ENHANCER ! So far they all suck ! The more you put in the water the worst it tastes ~ I really think your better off squeezing the limes, lemons, grapes, and things. Or the instant tea, coffee, lemonade ect >>> I'am done with the water Enhancer ~ I just pour them down the drain YUCK
So sucralose is a man-made chemical, but cane sugar is grown… u chose the sucralose

I just bought these at HEB but the powder single packets, couldn't pass up not only the good deal buy i get the other free, and like you I also read the ingredients and this one and the Power Edge are the ones I bought. Maybe Power edge isn't as healthy? Great video.

Sucralose is Chlorinated cane sugar and its original patent was as an insect repellent. How is chlorine enhanced cane sugar better than plain sugar?

Fortunately I don’t have to worry too much about what’s inside the mio because I’ve been drinking it for months (because I drink at least a gallon of water a day and like to spice up my water) and I’ve been doing great. I’ve lost 20 pounds in 2 months, so mio shouldn’t be bad for people trying to lose weight, but I understand everyone’s body reacts different. I’ll definitely try the one you recommended and compare flavors!

Someone suggested to me today to try mio because im trying to drink more water because my bad chestrol is high after watching this i think i should try stur water enhancer correct?
The unsweetened True Lemon is good and I just mix that with a stevia packet. The sweetened one only has a couple of grams of sugar but it's super sweet. I use a fraction of the packets when I do use it.

I purchased 6 bottles of Stur at Winco for $2.88 each yesterday 😳 However, when I looked at the nutritional facts it does have 1g carb per serving. So be careful if you are watching carbs. Also, FlavCity did say Stur has natural flavors and vegetable/fruit juice. I’d definitely recommend this for my boys but maybe not keto
