The pie turn out really tasty. The only thing was that I had to use 2 crust instead of one. But that is okay because I got to sample one tonight. It was delicious. It was my first pie and it was a success. Yay. Thank you.

Before you measure out your sugar put 2 tbs of brown sugar in the bottom of your 3/4 cup.
Followed to the T. Looks and smells amazing. Will eat tomorrow for Thanksgiving 🤠
I use 1 whole egg and 2 egg yolks. No splits in center of pie and sets up well.

did anyone notice she mentioned 15 minutes at 425 degrees, then lower the temp, but not to what? LOL….oops….that was on the site using the Fat free evaporated milk
425° f 15 min reduce heat 350° for 40-50 min. Seems like a long time to bake pumpkin pies.
