Hi Christel! I have really enjoyed all your info. I love strength training! I like to do workouts with strength training and Cardio combined. How would they effect my BS's?

What is full bolus for 16 G carbs? 2 full bolus and 1/2 bolus= how many units of Insulin did you take on given graph?
Hi Christel, I am living with type 1 diabetes since 1980. I like to walk and jog everyday, like 5 times a week but I have a lot of trouble finding out what to eat like carbs to keep my blood sugar in control. I am usually low. Please help.
