I’m 5’2 218 pounds the heaviest I’ve been!! 😭 I would always weight at 160 but after going through PPD I gained the weight. I was just wondering how did you exercise with the plantar fasciitis??

I just made this, I only had frozen strawberries and bananas, I used sugar free chocolate pudding mix. It made a lot and 387 calories. I ate the WHOLE thing. I will be full for days. Down 80lbs started this 13 months ago.
