Tip : Turn off the microwave immediately when liquid chocolate starts coming out from one or two cakes. That's how you get flowing lava cake.
So the first time I made these, they were messy and sticking to the ramekins.. I made these again last night and they came out perfect the second time! It was definitely undercooked the first time! I tried making this today, but for whatever reason, they were sticking to the ramekins even though I buttered and floured them first, and they started oozing out when I tried flipping them onto the plaatesπ perhaps I undercooked them.
