How to Eat Healthy on a Budget Despite Inflation – Nutritionist Advice
The purpose of this video is to share with you guys how I was able to eat healthy on a small budget using various budget eating tips. However, I am NOT saying that this is the perfect diet or that anyone should eat like me. Everyone’s different, and this is also not how I eat everyday. So take the tips that are healthful and applicable to you, and leave the ones that aren’t. Do what’s best for your lifestyle and budget! 🙂

Breakfast

1 banana: $0.21
1/4 cup frozen strawberries: $0.41 (Private Selection Sliced Strawberries 48 oz)
1/4 cup frozen mangoes: $0.42 (Private selection Tropical mango chunks – 48 oz)
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk: $0.16 (Simple Truth Unsweetened Vanilla Amond Milk – 1/2 gal)
