I have been flexatarian for 21 years. Even before it was called that.

I've been a Flexitarian for decades! 😉 I tried being a vegetarian many years ago and found that there were very few options other than omelettes or cheese salads when eating out, that's not the case now. But, I learned to cook lots of lovely veggie dishes, which I still eat now.
I only eat meat a couple of times a week. Dairy is another matter, I totally overdid it, to the point where I've just started a vegan regime.
The trouble is, although finding vegan options in stores is a relative breeze compared to a few years ago, the issue remains what to do when visiting friends, or eating out?
Not an issue when most places serve vegan options, but for the few that don't I'm inclined to think that I'll have my meat/fish/dairy options then, but be completely vegan/plant based at home!
