Thank you
Thanks!
thats fucking IT????
Hilarious the effort and mess people are going to do this.
Simple as put the jar on the scale, take a spoonful, and calculate the difference in the new weight (which is very easy math)
WTF did I just watch with that water and peanut butter shit.
its simplynailogicals intro omg
I would rather just not eat it because it's so tasty.
Did this bitch just tell me to put my peanut butter in water?
How much does that weighing machine cost?
Her voice is so similar to Mila Kunis's voice.
What's with the 80s adult film music?
Seriously. I'm trying to pack on muscle, but I thought I was eating 1.5 servings of pb on a pbj for my dinner, but turns out I was eating like 2-3 servings calories just from pb….. 1.5 servings seems so small now. 🙁 Thanks for the tip. Ill just weigh it as I put it on my bread, that way I won't have to dirty a spoon. Nkt to mention trying to get all the pb off of the spoon.
Thanks for this!
I know it seems so anal to do this, but I can go really crazy with the peanut butter lol
she didn't add other goods because (if you can't tell) the title just says peanut butter
making your own is also very easy
2 16oz jars unsalted roasted peanuts
2 tbsp honey
2tsp salt
blend it all together, after buying the honey the cost of the two jars of nuts is as much as JIF PB at a similar quantity. Interesting to see that bean counters out there actually know what they are doing.
You can also get peanut butter with no added sugar and preservatives. The only draw back is you have to refridgerate it after opening it and stir it each time before using because the oil seperates. But when measured and eaten properly like she said, it helped attribute to my losing 50lbs 🙂 Hand full of Raw Almonds 2 hours between every meal is the real secret though ^_^ (I am sorry to those who are allergic to nuts and cannot use their fat burning powers….)
Thanks. However, I don't live in the US, so we don't have those products here. I can't really even eat fructose, at least they generally don't recommend it. I also have lactose intolerance, on top of everything. I would never eat only raw, or be a vegan as meat is still one of the few things I can eat.
yeah some Soy is pretty gnarly….. but try Silk, its pretty good actually. and they have it in chocolate and vanilla, possibly strawberry as well. Anyway sorry to hear about your dieting issues. But possibly look into other veggi products. Trader Joes has a great variety of healthy foods, also maybe try a raw diet? Im sure that you could have natural sugar. Its a whole lot better for you than that refined crap. Good luck
Newsflash, some people have to. Not a question of likes or dislikes.
The jury is still out on soy, as far as I heard it. Besides, that thing tastes awful. Soy milk is like ground wheat or something. Ugh.
Peanut butter has lots of sugar in it. Eat chicken in stead. The doctors actually discovered that I have too much Candida, so I'm on a no sugar, no white flour and a whole other no-s diet right now. I am a bit confused about what I can actually eat. This is for like the next 6 months, if not more. Hey, Diethealth could make a video of Candida. I read that a lot of people are suffering from having too much of it in their digestive tracks. Diet tips would be appreciated.
That's called an eating disorder.
Why not just get the peanut butter out with a measuring spoon? LOL. Smarter not harder…
I like your videos very much, Having said that I find the thought of weighing ever little amount of peanut butter silly. I know peanut butter is one of those "sneaky: foods that is very high in calories, but going though that ever time you want to spread some peanut butter on some bread or cracker Eeekk !!
Me 2 m8
LOL
haha!
I DONT WANT TO SPEND THE REST OF MY LIFE MEASURING FOOD…. but i still love ur workout videos.
Don't listen to these losers telling you that you dont look good. You definitely look fit!
that really isn't healthy. Peanut butter can actually help you get protein-something you're not going to get out of eating rice cakes and salads and something you need for muscle. You probably lose your muscle, not your fat, when you're on that diet.
then you're probably giving yourself more health problems….. the best thing for a diet is eating lots of veggies and protein… but not cutting good carbs completely.
try going to a health food store and get soy protein shakes… there is also other things at health stores that can help you gain weight. I'd suggest eating a high protein diet, because protein helps you gain muscle. But stick to lean proteins because a high fat diet could lead to other health risks… Good Luck ^_^
Fire your stylist.
thats tru
Who eats peanut-butter when on a diet? Or a sandwitch? Or bread, for that matter? Eat a rice cake and salad. Or just the rice cake. And don't make dinner your biggest meal of the day. When I diet I eat 7 rice cakes a day, a fruit and drink lots of water or tea (w/out anything in it). I never ever eat bread.
What the hell guys she is talking about PB and all you care about is what the hell she is wearing. Great video Sarah as always, very informative.
Sarah, I dunno wth is up with these "fat" comments but you definitely don't look fat at all. You look healthy and fit!
watch some more of her videos. her shirt made her look larger in this one.
not that youre fat but i expected someone more fit to work in diet/health
uh and i agree, sarah no matter what you allways look good but that shirt would even make an anorexic look fat!
